Mom's 5-Minute Meatloaf

    1 pkg (20 oz) Gold'n Plump® Recipe Ready™ Ground Chicken
    8 oz pork sausage
    2 cups cooked wild rice
    1 pkg (9 oz) Green Giant® Frozen Chopped Spinach, prepared
    as directed on pkg, squeezed to remove excess moisture
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1/2 cup Wee Willy's® Original Barbecue Sauce
    6 tbsp Wee Willy's® Original Barbecue Sauce, divided

In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except 6 tbsp sauce.
Divide mixture into 3 microwave-proof reusable containers
(rectangular 24 oz size). For each meatloaf: microwave on high 4
minutes; drain. While in container, slice meatloaf into 4 portions;
spoon 2 tbsp sauce over top; microwave 1 minute. 2-4 servings
per meatloaf.
