Wild Crab Corn Chowder

    4 slices bacon, chopped
    1 cup finely chopped onion
    4 tbsp butter
    1/2 cup flour
    1 pkg (32 oz) Progresso® Chicken Broth
    1 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
    1 pkg (8 oz) Louis Kemp® Crab Delights® (any style), shredded
    1 pkg (9 oz) Green Giant® Simply Steam Niblets® Corn, prepare as directed on pkg
    1 cup half and half
    3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
    salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
    1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes (optional)

In large saucepan, saute bacon and onion in butter until bacon is cooked. Add flour, stirring until bubbly; gradually stir in broth. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
