Sweet Pea Wild Rice Salad

    2 cups cooked wild rice
    1 pkg (9 oz) Green Giant® Simply Steam Baby Sweet Peas, prepared as directed on pkg
    1 cup sliced celery
    3 scallions, sliced
    2/3 cup shredded carrots
    1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
    1 cup Crystal Farms® Finely Shredded Swiss Cheese
    6 large green olives, chopped

    Dressing (whisk together):
    1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
    2 tbsp HOUSE OF TSANG® Korean Teriyaki™ Stir Fry Sauce
    salt and pepper, to taste

In large bowl, toss salad ingredients. Add dressing; toss. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours prior to serving.
