Sweet & Salsa Sirloin Salad

    4 cups cooked wild rice
    3/4 cup raisins
    3/4 cup shredded coconut
    8 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 cup thinly sliced celery
    1/2 cup chopped cilantro
    1 cup Crystal FarmsĀ® Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 lb sirloin, grilled, thinly sliced

    Dressing (whisk together):
    3/4 cup Chi-Chi'sĀ® Mild Salsa
    1/4 cup canola oil
    salt and pepper, to taste

In large bowl, toss salad ingredients, except sirloin. Add dressing; toss. Top with sirloin.

4-6 servings
