Wild Rice Slider Trio

    1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
    1 1/4 cups cooked wild rice
    1 tsp salt
    15 silver dollar sized buns


      Szechuan Slider
      1/3 beef and wild rice mixture
      1/4 cup House of Tsang ® Szechuan Spicy™ Stir Fry Sauce
      1/2 cup thinly sliced red pepper

      In small bowl, combine one-third of the beef and wild rice
      mixture with stir fry sauce; form mixture into 5 patties. Grill
      or pan fry over medium heat. Garnish patties with red pepper
      and serve on bun.

      Mexican Slider
      1/3 beef and wild rice mixture
      1/4 cup Chi -Chi's® Medium Salsa
      1/2 cup Crystal Farms® Finely Shredded Mexican 4 Cheese

      In small bowl, combine one-third of the beef and wild rice
      mixture with salsa and cheese; form mixture into 5 patties. Grill
      or pan fry over medium heat. Serve on bun.

      Italian Slider
      1/3 beef and wild rice mixture
      2 tbsp pesto
      5 slices pepperoni
      2 1/2 slices Crystal Farms® Provolone Deli Slices, cut to fit

      In small bowl, combine one-third of the beef and wild rice mixture with pesto; form mixture into 5 patties. Grill or pan fry over medium heat. Garnish patties with one slice pepperoni
      and cheese. Serve on bun.

    In medium bowl, combine ground beef, wild rice and salt; divide
    mixture into thirds; set aside.

    Tip: Entrees - serve one of each variety.
