Fruity Turkey Salad

    2 cups cooked wild rice
    2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
    1 cup diced nectarines
    1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
    Nectarine slices, optional garnish
    Fresh greens, optional garnish

    1 cup low fat yogurt
    1/4 cup light mayonnaise
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tsp ginger
    1/2 tsp salt, optional
    1/4 tsp curry powder

Combine dressing ingredients, cover and refrigerate to blend flavors. In a large bowl, combine wild rice, turkey, nectarines and celery. Blend in dressing.
