Baked Swiss & Wild Rice Appetizer

    7 slices bacon, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    8 oz cream cheese, softened
    1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
    1 cup cooked wild rice
    1/3 cup whipping cream
    2 tbsp minced fresh chives
    Crackers, croutons, apple and/or pear slices

Preheat oven to 350°F. In heavy skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. In medium bowl, combine bacon mixture, cheese, wild rice and cream. Spoon into 4 cup souffle dish; bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with chives; serve with crackers and/or fruit
