Wild Rice Beef and Curry Casserole

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 cup each: chopped onion and chopped red pepper
    1/2 cup butter
    4 tbsp flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 tsp curry
    2 cups milk
    1 box (10 oz)Green Giant® Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed
    4 cups cooked wild rice
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Preheat oven to 325°F. In large skillet, brown beef; drain and set aside. In same skillet, saute onion and red pepper in butter. In small bowl, mix flour and seasonings; add to onion mixture. Cook, stirring constantly until bubbly. Gradually stir in milk until creamy. Mix in beef, vegetables, wild rice and sunflower seeds. Pour into 3-quart casserole; bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes.
