Wild Rice Meatloaf

    1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
    3 cups cooked wild rice
    1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 eggs
    1 tsp dried rosemary
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup sweet barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except barbecue sauce. Place into 9x4x3-inch loaf pan; bake 45 minutes. Pour sauce over meatloaf; bake 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
