Grape'n Chicken Wild Rice Salad

    4 cups cooked wild rice
    1 pkg (20 oz) Gold'n Plump® Extra Tender™ Boneless Skinless
    Chicken Breast Pieces, cooked, cubed
    1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
    1 can (8 oz)sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 1/2 cups halved seedless green grapes
    2/3 cup cashews

    DRESSING (whisk together; chill):
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 tsp tarragon

In a large bowl, toss salad ingredients, except grapes and cashews. Add dressing; toss. Just before serving, fold in grapes and cashews. 8 servings.
