Wild Corn Chowder

    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tbsp canola oil
    2 tbsp flour
    4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth
    1 box (10 oz) frozen Green Giant® Shoepeg White Corn & Butter Sauce
    2 cups cooked wild rice
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    2 tbsp chopped cilantro
    1/4 cup sliced green onion
    salt and pepper, to taste

In large saucepan, sauté onion in oil. Add flour, stirring until bubbly; gradually stir in broth. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; simmer 10 minutes.
