Hearty Beef Wild Rice Soup

    1 lb boneless beef top round steak, cut into 1" cubes
    salt and pepper, to taste
    3 scallions, thinly sliced
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 cans (14 oz each) Swanson® Beef Broth
    3 medium carrots, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed freshly ground pepper, to taste
    2 cups cooked wild rice

In large saucepan, season beef with salt and pepper; cook until medium doneness. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; simmer 10 minutes.
