Wild Basil Turkey Bake

    1 pkg (20 oz) Jennie-O Turkey Store™ Lean Ground Turkey
    1 tsp each: salt and pepper
    2 tsp garlic powder
    4 tsp dried basil
    1 cup each: chopped onion and red bell pepper
    1 jar (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
    4 tbsp butter
    1 box (9 oz) Green Giant® Frozen Baby Sweet Peas, thawed and drained
    1 box (10 oz) frozen Green Giant® Honey Glazed Carrots, thawed and drained
    1 cup Swanson® Chicken Broth
    3/4 cup half and half
    2 cups shredded Fancy Brand® Provolone cheese, divided
    4 cups cooked wild rice

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large skillet, brown turkey with seasonings. Drain, remove from pan; set aside. In same skillet, sauté onion, red pepper and mushrooms in butter. Stir in peas, carrots, broth and half and half; warm through. In 2 qt. greased casserole, combine all ingredients reserving 1/2 cup cheese; top with reserved cheese. Bake covered 35 minutes. Uncover; bake 5 minutes.
