Dakota Salad

    1 lb Jennie-O® Lemon Garlic Premium Turkey Breast Tenderloins, cut in strips
    1 tsp canola oil
    2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
    1 cup cauliflowerets
    2/3 cup sliced red onion
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    3 cups cooked wild rice

    Dressing (whisk together; chill)
    1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
    salt and pepper, to taste

In skillet, saute turkey in oil apx. 5 minutes, until cooked through. In large bowl, combine turkey and remaining salad ingredients; toss with dressing.
