Broccoli Cheese Chicken Soup Gone Wild

    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup flour
    4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth
    1 can (12 oz) beer
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp dried thyme
    2 cups cooked wild rice
    1 bag (24 oz) Green Giant® Frozen Broccoli & Three Cheese Sauce, prepared as directed on pkg
    2 cups cooked, cubed Gold'n Plump® Boneless/Skinless Chicken Thighs

In large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour, pepper and thyme, stirring until bubbly; gradually stir in broth and beer. Bring to a boil. Stir in wild rice, prepared broccoli mixture and chicken; simmer 5 minutes.

8 servings.
