Wild Rice Salad "Avalon"

    5 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 cup toasted walnuts
    4 oz raisins
    1/2 cup minced leek
    1 tbsp chili flakes
    1 cup finely diced celery
    2 tbsp sesame oil
    2 tbsp soybean oil
    salt and pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients and serve.
