Wild Rice Turkey 'N Egg Tarragon Salad

    2 cups cooked and cubed turkey breast
    2/3 cup sliced celery
    1/4 cup sliced green onions
    1 cup chopped tart red apple
    2/3 cup raisins
    1 cup grated milk cheddar cheese
    3 cups cooked wild rice
    3 hard cooked eggs, quartered

    Dressing: (combine in small bowl; chill)
    1/4 cup buttermilk
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 tsp tarragon
    1 tsp lime juice
    1/2 tsp salt

In large bowl, toss salad ingredients. Add dressing and toss.

6-8 servings
