Vegetable Beef & Wild Rice Soup

    1 tbsp canola oil
    1 lb ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    1 rib celery, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    4 cups beef broth
    1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
    1 bottle (12 oz) Spicy Hot V8 juice
    3 cups cooked wild rice
    1 bag (10 oz) frozen Green Giant® Roasted Corn
    1 box (9 oz) frozen Green Giant® Steamers Sweet Peas
    salt and pepper to taste

In large saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients; cook until beef is browned. Add remaining ingredients; heat through.
