Wild & Sassy Side Dish

    2 tbsp canola oil
    1 box (10 oz) frozen Green Giant Honey Glazed Carrots, thawed and drained
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    1/2 tbsp tumeric
    1 cup Swanson Chicken Broth
    1/2 cup orange juice
    6 cups cooked wild rice
    1 cup dried, chopped apricots
    1/2 cup chopped cilantro
    1/2 cup grated coconut
    1 tsp salt

In large saucepan, heat oil. Add cinnamon, cloves, tumeric and carrots; saute 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; heat through.

6-8 servings
