Wild Zesty Side Dish

    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    4 tbsp pine nuts
    4 tbsp canola oil
    4 cups cooked wild rice (warm)
    1 fresh orange (grate zest and peel sections)
    1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 cup yellow raisens
    2 tbsp chopped fresh basil (or 2 tsp dried basil)
    1 pkg (9 oz) Green Giant Peas, thawed
    salt and pepper, to taste

In small skillet, saute onion and pine nuts in oil; place in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.

6-8 servings
