Wild Rice “Cannelloni”

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1 tbsp minced fresh garlic
    1 pkg (9 oz) Green Giant® Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    3 tbsp cream or half and half
    3 cups Fancy Brand® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
    4 cups cooked wild rice
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 jar (apx. 24 oz) prepared marinara sauce, divided
    1 jar (apx. 15 oz) prepared alfredo sauce, divided

Preheat oven to 375°F. In large skillet, brown ground beef thoroughly with onion and garlic. Stir in spinach, cream, 1 cup cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, wild rice, salt and pepper; set aside. Grease 9x13–inch pan; spread thin layer (2–4 tbsp) of marinara sauce. Layer ½ wild rice mixture, ½ remaining marinara sauce, ½ alfredo sauce and 1 cup cheese. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered 35–45 minutes, until heated through.

Tip: Make ahead of time to have on hand. May be assembled in advance and frozen. Thaw before baking.

8–12 servings.
