Italian Green Bean Wild Rice Soup

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 cup thinly sliced celery
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    4 cups Swanson® Beef Broth
    1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
    1 bag (16 oz) Green Giant® Frozen Cut Green Beans, thawed
    3 cups cooked wild rice
    4 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    2 tsp Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper, to taste
    2 cups Fancy Brand® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

In large saucepan, brown ground beef thoroughly with onion, celery, and garlic. Add broth and tomatoes; bring to boil. Add beans; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in wild rice, parsley and seasonings; simmer 10 minutes. Serve topped with cheese.

Tip: For garden fresh flavor, substitute 4 medium fresh tomatoes (chopped) for canned tomatoes.

8–10 servings.
