Cheesy Sausage & Wild Rice Skillet

    12 oz sage-seasoned pork sausage
    1/2 cup sliced celery
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped red pepper
    1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    5 cups cooked wild rice
    1/4 cup milk
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 pkg (8 oz) Land O Lakes ® Deli American Cheese Slices, cut
    slices in quarters

In large skillet, brown sausage; drain. Add celery, onion, red
pepper and mushrooms; cook 5-7 minutes. Add wild rice, milk
and pepper; mix well. Heat through. Add cheese; stir until
cheese melts. 6-8 servings.
