Wild Rice & Vegetable Beef Soup

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 pkg (32 oz) Progresso® Beef-flavored Broth
    1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
    1 cup Chi-Chi's® Medium Salsa
    2 pkg (12 oz each) Green Giant® Mixed Vegetables, prepare as directed on pkg
    3 cups cooked wild rice
    1/2 cup chopped fresh basil or parsley
    1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    salt and pepper, to taste

In large saucepan, brown beef and onion. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
