Chicken & Broccoli Wild Rice Soup
1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped red pepper 1 tbsp canola oil 1 pkg (32 oz) Progresso® Chicken Broth 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk 3/4 cup shredded carrots 1 pkg (12 oz) Green Giant® Chopped Broccoli, prepare as directed on pkg 3 cups cooked wild rice 2 tsp curry salt and pepper, to taste In large saucepan, brown chicken, onion and red pepper in oil.
