Wild Mexican Skillet

    1 pkg (20 oz) Gold'n Plump® Recipe Ready™ Ground Chicken
    1 cup each, chopped: onion and green pepper
    1 tsp each: garlic powder and cumin
    1/2 tsp each: salt and pepper
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1 pkg (10 oz) Green Giant® Cream Style Corn, prepare as directed on pkg
    1 pkg (10 oz) Green Giant® Shoepeg Corn & Butter Sauce, prepare as directed on pkg
    1 cup sour cream
    1 1/2 cups Chi -Chi's® Mild Salsa
    4 cups cooked wild rice
    1 cup chopped cilantro
    3 cups tortilla chips, slightly crushed
    1 1/2 cups Crystal Farms® Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese

In large skillet, brown chicken, onion, green pepper, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper in oil. Add corn, sour cream,
salsa, wild rice and cilantro; heat through. Top with chips and
cheese; cover, allowing cheese to melt.
