Wild Beef 'n Veggie Soup

    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    1 cup chopped onions
    8 cups Swanson® Beef Broth
    1 can (28 oz) chopped tomatoes
    2 cups shredded cabbage
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1-2 tsp dried thyme
    1 bag (24 oz) Green Giant® Mixed Vegetables
    3 cups cooked wild rice

In large saucepan, brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add broth, tomatoes, cabbage and seasonings; bring to a boil. Add vegetables and wild rice; heat through.

6-8 servings
