Wild Rice Comfort Soup
1 medium onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic minced 4 cups Swanson® Beef Broth 1 box (9 oz) Green Giant® LeSueur® Frozen Baby Sweet Peas 1 box (9 oz) Green Giant® Niblets® Frozen Corn 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes 3 cups cooked wild rice 4 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1 tsp each: thyme and marjoram salt and pepper, to taste In large saucepan, brown beef, onions and garlic.
