Wild Company Egg Bake
1/3 cup chopped green onions 12 eggs 1 1/2 cups half & half 1/4 tsp each: salt and pepper 2 cups cooked wild rice 2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium skillet, cook bacon until crisp, remove and crumble or saute ham. Pour off drippings, reserving 1 tbsp in skillet; saute onion. Add bacon; set aside. In large bowl, beat eggs, half & half, salt and pepper. Add wild rice, bacon mixture and 1 1/2 cups cheese; pour into greased 9x13-inch pan. Top with remaining cheese.
