Wild Rice Sirloin Cabbage Salad

    3 cups cooked wild rice
    1 cup sliced celery
    4 green onions, sliced
    3/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 cups shredded cabbage
    1 medium red apple, diced
    3 tbsp sesame seeds
    3/4 cup chopped cashews
    1 lb top sirloin, grilled and thinly sliced

    Dressing (whisk together; chill):
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    3 tbsp canola oil
    2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp garlic powder
    salt, to taste

In large bowl, toss salad ingredients except sirloin. Add dressing and toss. Top with sirloin; serve
