Cucumber Wild Rice Salad
2 tbsp plus 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp dill weed 1 small onion 2 cups cooked wild rice 1 cucumber, sliced In medium bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt and dill. Thinly slice onion and separate into rings. Add wild rice, onion and cucumber to sour cream mixture.
