Wild Rice Veggie Pizza 1 (16 oz) pkg frozen Green Giant® American Mixtures® Heartland Style Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots
2 eggs
3 cups well-cooked wild rice
3 cups (12 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup pizza sauce, or to taste
1 (2-1/2 oz) jar Green Giant® Sliced Mushrooms, drained Preheat oven to 425°F. Thaw vegetables and chop into bite-size pieces. Drain and set aside.
In medium bowl, beat eggs. Stir in wild rice, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and onion until well blended. Spread evenly onto greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until firm.
Layer wild rice crust with pizza sauce, mushrooms, vegetables and remaining cheese. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through. For variation: your favorite meat pizza toppings and spices may be added.
