Wild Rice Waldorf Salad
1 large red apples, unpeeled and diced (fireside, Cortland or Regent) 1 tbsp juice 2 tbsp packed brown sugar 2 ribs celery, sliced 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise Toss apples with lemon juice and brown sugar.
