Wild Rice Turkey Salad Wraps
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, or to taste 1/2 cup Melissa's pepitas (pumpkin seeds), toasted 2 cups shredded napa cabbage 3 cups cooked wild rice 1/2 cup each: diced red bell pepper and green onions 1 pkg (16 oz) Jennie-O® Lemon Garlic Turkey Tenderloin, cooked and shredded salt and black pepper, to taste 8 large flour tortillas or pita rounds (split), warmed 2 to 3 oz alfalfa sprouts In large bowl, combine mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning; add pumpkin seeds, cabbage, wild rice, pepper, onion and turkey. Season with salt and black pepper; chill. Divide salad on tortillas; top with sprouts.
