Wildly Delicious Casserole

    1 pkg (14 oz) ground chicken
    1 pkg (14 oz) frozen broccoli with red peppers
    2 cups cooked wild rice
    1 can (10 3/4 oz ) condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp curry powder
    1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
    3 to 4 slices process American cheese, cut in half diagonally

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 8-inch square casserole; set aside. In large skillet, cook chicken until no longer pink. Drain; set aside. Cook broccoli and peppers according to package directions; set aside. In large bowl, combine rice, soup, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and curry. Stir in chicken and broccoli and peppers. Pour into prepared casserole; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 45 to 55 minutes. During last 5 minutes of baking, arrange cheese slices on top of casserole. Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes.
