Wild Rice Turkey Salad

    1 cup cooked wild rice
    3 cups cubed Jennie-O® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
    1/3 cup chopped green onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
    1 cup LeMonts® Gourmet Smoked BBQ sauce
    6 cups torn salad greens
    1 cup cashews

In large bowl, combine wild rice, turkey, onion, celery, carrots and BBQ sauce. Add salad greens; toss lightly sprinkle with cashews.

4-6 servings.
