BBQ wild Rice Cups
1/2 cup LeMonts® Gourmet Smoked BBQ sauce 1/2 cup cooked wild rice 1 pkg refrigerated biscuit dough (10 biscuits) 3/4 cup Fancy Brand® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese In small skillet, saute ground beef. Stir in BBQ sauce and wild rice; simmer 5 minutes. Meanwhile, line muffin tin with biscuit dough. Divide meat mixture evenly between muffin cups; sprinkle with cheese.
