Wild Rice Kielbasa Skillet

    1 cup coarsely chopped onion
    3 tbsp butter
    1 can (14 1/2 oz) sauerkraut, drained
    3 cups cooked wild rice
    1 large sweet apple, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp caraway seed
    1 tsp dill weed
    1 pkg (1 lb) Jennie-O® Turkey Kielbasa, cooked
    1 cup shredded Fancy Brand® Swiss Cheese


In large skillet, sauté onion in butter. Add sauerkraut and wild rice; stir 5 minutes to toast. Add apple, caraway and dill. Slice kielbasa in 1-inch chunks; add to skillet. Stir in cheese. Cover; heat through to melt cheese.
