Wild Rice Rose

    4 cups cooked wild rice
    2 cups grated Fancy Brand® Mild Cheddar Cheese, divided
    1 jar (4.5 oz) Green Giant® Sliced Mushrooms, drained
    1 can (3.8 oz) sliced ripe olives
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 can (14.5 oz) diced peeled tomatoes
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    2 tbsp chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix all ingredients reserving 1/2 cup cheese; place buttered 2-qt casserole. Top with remaining cheese; cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 5 minutes.

6-8 servings
