Beefy Vegetable Wild Rice Casserole

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 pkg (16 oz) Green Giant® SELECT® Broccoli, Carrots & cauliflower, thawed and drained
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    3 cups cooked wild rice
    2 cups Fancy Brand® shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, divided

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large skillet, brown beef and onion; drain. Add seasonings, vegetable, soup, tomato sauce, wild rice and 1 1/2 cups cheese; mix lightly. Place in 3-qt casserole; top with remaining cheese. Cover ; bake 25-30 minutes, until heated through. Uncover; bake 5 minutes.
