Sirloin Wild Rice Salad

    4 cups cooked wild rice
    1/3 cup chopped green onion
    1/3 cup thinly shredded carrot
    1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
    1/2 cup rasins
    1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
    2 tbsp sesame seed
    1 lb top sirloin, grilled and thinly sliced

    Dressing (whisk together; chill):
    4 tbsp canola oil
    4 tbsp sesame oil
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    3/4 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp salt

In large bowl, combine salad ingredients, except sirloin. Add dressing and toss. Top with sirloin.

6-8 servings
