Wild Oriental Salad

    4 cups cooked wild rice
    4 tsp toasted sesame seeds
    1/2 cup chopped almonds
    4 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
    4 green onions, sliced
    2 pkg Ramen noodles chicken flavor, uncooked and crushed (reserve flavoring pkg)
    1 box (9 oz) frozen Green Giant® Sugar Snap Peas, thawed and drained
    1 red bell pepper, sliced - garnish

    Dressing (whisk together):
    4 tbsp sugar
    1/2 cup canola oil
    5 tsp vinegar
    1 pkg reserved chicken flavoring
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

In large bowl, mix salad ingredients (reserving chicken flavoring). Toss with dressing. Garnish with red pepper slices; chill.

10-12 servings
