Wild Fruit Salad

    2 cups cooked wild rice
    1/2 Granny Smith apple, chopped
    1 pear, peeled and sliced
    1 cup sliced strawberries
    1/2 cup toasted coconut

    Dressing (whisk together):
    4 tbsp House of Tsang® Citrus™ Stir Fry Sauce
    1 tbsp fresh lime juice

In medium bowl, combine salad ingredients except coconut. Add dressing; lightly toss. Sprinkle with coconut.
