Pork and Wild Rice Meatloaf

    1 1/2 lb ground pork
    1 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp each: rosemary, salt and pepper
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1/4 cup chopped red pepper
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
    1 cup barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except sauce. Place into 9x4x3-inch loaf pan; bake 45 minutes. Pour sauce over meatloaf; bake 15 minutes to an internal temperature of 160°F.
