Endive Stuffed with Wild Rice

    2 cups cooked wild rice
    1/3 cup pine nuts, chopped and toasted
    1/2 cup white raisins
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1/4 tsp curry powder
    1 head Belgian endive

Combine first six ingredients and stuff into individual Belgian endive leaves.
