Wild Rice Sirloin Salad

    Salad:
    4 cups cooked wild rice
    1 pkg (9 oz) Green Giant® Frozen Shoepeg White Corn, prepared as directed on pkg, drained and cooled
    6 green onions, thinly sliced
    2 small zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    3 plum tomatoes, seeded and sliced
    2 cups shredded Fancy Brand® Monterrey Jack Cheese
    1 lb sirloin steak, grilled and thinly sliced

    Dressing (whisk together):
    3/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
    1/4 cup canola oil
    2 tsp ground cumin
    1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    freshly ground black pepper, to taste

In large bowl, toss wild rice, vegetables and cheese. Toss salad with dressing; top with sirloin.

6 servings.
