Turkey Tarragon Wild Rice Salad

    4 cups cooked wild rice
    1 pkg (apx. 2 lb)Jennie-O ® Oven Teriyaki Turkey Breast Tenderloins, cooked and cubed
    1 can (11 oz) Mandarin Oranges, drained
    1/2 cup each: sliced celery and sliced green onion
    1 cup Fancy Brand® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

    Dressing (whisk together):
    3/4 cup sour cream
    2 tbsp orange juice
    1 tbsp honey
    2 tsp tarragon

In large bowl, mix salad ingredients; toss with dressing.
