BBQ Pork & Vegetable Soup

    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb pork tenderloin, cut in bite-size pieces
    2 tbsp canola oil
    1/2 cup Famous Dave’s® BBQ Sauce, Texas Pit™
    1 bag (19 oz) frozen Green Giant® Garden Vegetable Medley,
    prepared as directed on pkg
    2 cups cooked wild rice
    6 cups chicken broth
    1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro

In large saucepan, saute onion and pork in oil. Stir in BBQ sauce
to coat; add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat,
simmer 5-10 minutes.

6-8 servings
