Wild Spinach Salad

    9 oz baby spinach leaves, washed, dried and gently torn into bite–sized pieces
    3 cups cooked wild rice
    1 pkg (14 oz) Gold'n Plump® Chicken Breast Tenders, cooked
    1 cup (1/4 inch cubes) Fancy Brand® Swiss Cheese
    1/2 cup whole smoked almonds
    1/2 cup golden raisins
    1/2 cup bottled Italian-style dressing with balsamic vinegar

In large bowl, toss all ingredients.

Tip: For extra flavor, use Gold'’n Plump® Chili Lime Chicken Breast Fillets.

6 to 8 servings.
