1 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp each: minced garlic and grated ginger (or ginger paste)
1 lb ground pork
3 cups cooked wild rice
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp plum sauce
¼ cup diced water chestnuts
5 cups coleslaw mix
1 cup each: shredded carrots and sliced mushrooms
